上班时间：Hyatt提供灵活的上班时间
1、7:00-24:00（在此区间里做8小时的分配，做五休二，轮班轮休）
2、15:00-24:00（长期固定的排班时间，错开早晚高峰，下班后可组队打车回宿舍，车费实报实销做五休二，轮班轮休）
3、13:00-24:00（长期固定的排班时间，错开早晚高峰，下班后可组队打车回宿舍，车费实报实销做四休三，连休三天）
Ps：涉及到夜班将会提供丰厚的夜班津贴
1、公司夜班津贴：50元/天
2、项目夜班津贴：500元（夜班工作满10天或以上）

Job description：
1、 With Diploma certificate and above.
2、 Well-developed computer skills, particularly for MS Office and email
3、 Good English reading skill.
4、 Tourism or hotel work experience preferred.

Hyatt Global Contact Centre – China focus on providing professional and consistent service to Hyatt customers and hotels. The services we are offering including Reservation, Customer Service, Social Media, World of Hyatt Support, Data Services and Content Services.
Salary Range：
Basic:CNY2450
Meal allowance: CNY 12/ shift
Project Allowance : SH office CNY 1,000~1,200、KS office 500~700
Language bonus: CNY 800~2,200
Incentive:
1. Full-attendance bonus CNY 200/ month for first 3 months (CNY 600 in total);
2. Incentive from 4th month: around CNY 1,000-2,000/ month for telephone team; around CNY 1,000-1,500/ month for email team; night shift bonus will be arranged based on company policy.
Work Time：
Operation time: 07:00-24:00
Weekly roster with multiple shifts, 40 work hours per week, normally 2 days off per week (flexible schedule)
